1–2 weeks

Brief

Workplace audit, employee survey, headcount forecast, and space utilisation study. We define the problem before we design the solution. The output is a detailed brief and a test-fit on your shortlisted property.

02
4–8 weeks

Design

Floor plans, 3D visualisation, material boards, and furniture schedules. We present two fully resolved design options, each with a fixed-price fit-out estimate. No vague concepts — every hinge is specified.

03
8–20 weeks

Build

Shell-to-handover fit-out under our project manager. We coordinate MEP, ceiling, partition, flooring, joinery, and AV as a single accountable contractor. Weekly site reviews with photo reports.

Phase
04
1–2 weeks

Handover

Defects resolution, final styling, furniture placement, and move-day support. We hand over a workspace that is ready for people to sit down and work — not a construction site with a certificate.

What we don't do.

We don't take on more than twelve projects a year. We don't bid against five other studios on price alone. We don't subcontract the critical path to the lowest bidder. And we don't begin without a workplace audit and a written brief.
