We believe an office is not a container for people — it is a tool for performance. Every decision we make — from the depth of a workstation to the colour temperature of a light fitting — is in service of the work that happens inside.

Every project begins with a workplace audit: how do your teams collaborate? Where do they focus? How fast are you growing? We don't draw a line until we understand the behaviour the space needs to support.

The studio is intentionally small — eighteen people across strategy, design, and project management. We take on ten to twelve office fit-outs a year, which means every client gets partner attention and every site gets weekly reviews.
